Salem Presbyterian Church is located in Limestone Tennessee. It is seven miles southwest of historic Jonesborough which is the oldest town in Tennessee. The church is located near US 11-E and is just off of Old State Hwy 34. It is located between the towns of Johnson City, twenty miles to the northeast and Greeneville, 15 miles to the southwest.
