Reverend William T. Wing

Holston Presbytery will install the Reverend William T. Wing as pastor of Salem Presbyterian Church on Sunday April 6, 2008. The installation will be a part of Salem’s Sunday morning worship service at 11:00 AM. The community is invited to come join with the Salem congregation during this joyous event. A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.

Rev. Wing transferred into the Holston Presbytery from the Abington Presbytery where he was the minister at Stone Memorial Presbyterian Church of Marion, Virginia.

Rev. Wing is a graduate of Covenant College and received his masters in Divinity from the Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson Mississippi. He was ordained by the Holston Presbytery in 1979. Since then, he has served various churches in Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia.
